BCSM 1000 BISCUIT CREAM SANDWICHING MACHINE

• Two creaming line, Capacity: 800 pieces/min (Capacity depends on according to product dimensions and feeding)
• Biscuits coming from cooling conveyor are placed to feeding by vibration. After creaming, they are taken to conveyor belt, lined up and sent for packaging
• Depositing of cream can be done on rectangular or round biscuits
• Cream that is coming from cream storage is applied between biscuits
• It has a mixing tank that is made of CrNi and the capacity of the mixing tank is 120 kg
• Sandwiching unit consists of 4 feeding channels, two creaming heads.
• Machine contains 3m standard conveyor belt to transfer creamed biscuit to packaging line or collecting.
• Machine is suitable both rectangular and circular biscuits creaming
• All parts with connection to the product is made of Cr Ni 304 quality stainless steel
• All other parts of the machine are chrome plated
• Synchronization is provided by the high quality and technology speed control system.
